What a wonderful turnout for our first Madison Jewish Women's Circle Book Club and we were delighted to have Dr. Mark Olsky as our guest speaker.  Hearing him tell the story of his birth in the concentration camp made it even more amazing, truly a miracle. There was a unanimous consensus to keep the Book Club going!!

Here is the plan:

  • Every other month meetings
  • The titles of the books will be set for three meetings in advance
  • We'll meet at 7:00 PM on either the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month depending on the calendar.
  • We'll meet at 1722 Regent Street, the Chabad House). Central and plenty of parking available.
  • Notices will go out by email, so if you want to be on the book club mailing list, please send an email to
  • If you find a Jewish themed book you'd like to suggest to the Club, please forward the title and author to
